This M3 features some modifications that were not originally on an M3. The main feature is that it has an M4 viewfinder. It’s 0.72x with 35mm, 50mm, and 75mm frame-lines. This is great for users who like to shoot wider lenses. I use the entire viewfinder to shoot 28mm lenses with it. This camera also has quick loading, but you have to reset the counter by pulling the insert. It’s still way better to load than the original M3 method. Camera works well. Viewfinder is clear, and it was recently CLAD. Everything is very smooth. All shutter speeds are accurate and rangefinder is calibrated correctly. No issues. I have not found the CLA paperwork for this camera yet, I will upload it once I do.
This camera also comes with the original M3 light meter that has FRESHÂ selenium. It is accurate and was something my local camera repair shop was offering a while ago.
